From the moment I contacted Embassy Suites in January to plan my son’s rehearsal dinner, Lindsay—the Events Manager—was kind and professional. She even met us in person when we were in town and kept in touch with me for months.
On the big day, she made sure I had everything I needed and introduced me to the banquet staff. She asked all the right questions while setting up.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Embassy Suites! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces were everything we hoped for. The Events Manager guided us through every question and detail with ease.
Despite a tropical storm that weekend, there was a solid plan B. Thankfully, the skies cleared—we had our first touch on the roof, a lovely outdoor ceremony, and a beautiful indoor reception.
